Senior Mechanical Engineer (46470) Makati

Study main contract and mechanical/electrical and other trade plans and implement with assigned scopes and function-based tasks.

Monitor and control work progress, per contract plan/specs/other trade plans, drawings, approved budget, project schedule, personnel, and materials requirements.

Assist in handling change orders initiated by owner, design consultant and subcontractor.

Evaluate subcontractor's accomplishment reports and billings.

Performs related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering

With at least 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferably Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer

Able to perform jobs effectively with basic construction knowledge and measurement skills; can work independently with minimum assistance.

Able to maintain a database of historical and current pricing rates of construction related material supplies and services available in the local and global sourcing markets.
