Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Area Sales Manager at The Fine Interiors. The role will involve day-to-day tasks associated with interior design sales, including meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, providing design recommendations, creating space plans, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for projects. This is an on-site role located in Noida.

Qualifications

Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design skills

Experience in creating construction drawings

Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Proficient in relevant design software

Knowledge of current design trends and materials

Relevant education and certifications in Interior Design or related field
