SUMMARY OF ROLE This position will be responsible for analyzing RMA cases from Salesforce or other assigned databases to ensure completeness of supplier-required information (e.g., product types, quantities, failure description, etc.) prior to communication and escalation to suppliers; work with Technical Support Engineering or other groups towards completion of case requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze RMA cases from Salesforce or other databases and perform categorization per defined stratification factors to ensure correctness and completeness of information.

Track and report quality metrics via dashboards; summarize RMA cases and communicate periodic reports to suppliers.

Track and report warranty claim approvals; resolve gaps in data, as necessary.

Coordinate with process managers or technical support engineers to ensure that RMA cases are documented and managed per defined protocols.

Check and investigate new or recurring customer issues on products and process in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other internal teams to support continual improvement programs.

Other duties that might be assigned, as necessary.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

B.S. degree in Engineering

2 to 5 years experience in quality data analysis or RMA case processing and validation.

Knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes (semiconductor assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, etc.)

Basic understanding of product drawings and specifications and correlating potential product failure modes to product design and manufacturing processes.

Experienced in a highly-matrixed organization with intensive cross-functional interaction.

Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); experience in high-volume data analytics and reporting by using Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other tools.

Results-driven and with good communication and presentation skills.

Can work under minimal supervision.

Willing to work during North American shift

Experience in process improvement programs or Kaizen initiatives.

Proficient in customer portals, PLM, databases or ERP systems – Salesforce, Oracle, Arena, Sharepoint, etc.

Previous experience in technical support engineering or call center/outsource business process environment, preferred.

Able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

This is an FTE position.

Candidate must be willing to work in Binan Laguna

Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines.

Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)

Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region.

Candidate will be on flexible work arrangement (combination of onsite and remote work) (if applicable depending on the nature of the job)

Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed)
