Description:

Ensuring streamline running of ERP.

Understanding the business customer requirements thoroughly and be a part of team meetings where requirements are being conveyed to the technical team.

Guiding and managing top management in HRMS modules.

Assisting management on Automated MIS and reports (Recruitment and exit process, Appraisal and promotion process, Manpower budget, HR Master updation, payroll and leave management, confirmation process)

Thoroughly test all products modules assigned to self and report issue bugs.

Maintain strong documentation of all test cases and use from technical as well as functional perspective to ensure through and end a to end testing.

Run manual test for best result.

Review documentation made by technical team as well as business team for clarity and point out errors, if any.

Quality assurance and timely feedback.

Coordination with ERP vendor as a single point of contact with vendor for error raising on Ticketing Portal.

Maintaining Deployment record of application with complete documentation of Application and Database.

Coordination with Chairman / COO / CEO for finalizing of any new requirement on ERP.

Working on multiple modules in projects simultaneously, delivering tasks as per desired and decided timelines

Ensuring key aspects of Hub are in line with management expectations.

Responsible for data migration.

One Point contact for internal Auditor.

Ensure 100% meeting of deadlines for daily updation activities i.e. experience list, industries & sector, leads source, opportunities.

Involved in business development initiatives such as such as reviewing and identifying the list of the company due for rotation, rotation of banks, etc.

Coordinating with Managers and Partners for implementing Business development activities and sourcing of information as and when required by the senior management

Requirements

Good working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and experience working on any database like Oracle or MYSQL.

Experience in collaborating with Internal and External Stakeholders to understand and document complex Business Processes, Data Flow and Architecture for new and upcoming requirements.

Experience with translating Customer requirements into Functional requirements and liaise with technical teams for crafting technical requirements and good understanding of complete SDLC life cycle.

Experience in handling and supporting Technical Teams with completion of the UAT process.

Experience in Extracting Transforming & Loading (‘ETL’).

Experience with Basic cloud (any cloud) and basic ASP.Net domain.

Product Support background.

Experience on working on any ERP with modules like CRM, HRMS & Accounts (added advantage).

Experience of Data Migration and identification of Gaps in the Standard Product functionality (added advantage).

Resident of Mumbai / Ready to relocate to Mumbai.
