The Seth Brothers team is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team and brokerage. We are looking for agents who are willing to work in the new construction market and have a lasting partnership with our builder partners. The team is looking for agents with a passion for real estate.

We are a diverse, fast-growing team serving Houston and all surrounding areas with over $100 million in gross sales volume in 2022.

$100,000 at plan commissionResponsibilities:

Develop an understanding of clients’ needs and provide tailored advice and assistance.

Make an effort to quickly build connections and rapport with customers.

Present accurate analysis of market activity, including comparisons, current listings, and expired listings.

Become knowledgeable in new construction sales processes and strategies.

Make sure customers are aware of all steps and significant details of the home buying/selling process.

Remain open to further education and growth opportunities in the real estate field.

Participate in team meetings and training and be open to fresh methods and sales practices.

Qualifications:

Demonstrates effective people and customer service skills

Possesses good organizational, planning and follow-up ability

Open to learning new marketing and sales strategies

Skilled at selling products and services

Has strong verbal and written communication capabilities as well as the capacity to multi-task and be creative
