Job Details The Controller will work with the CFO and AVP of Finance and be responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls of the company.

The Controller must be able to timely produce, prepare and interpret the financial information of the organization.

You will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for detail.

The Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the organization's financial health and supporting informed decision-making by senior leadership.

Responsibilities: Manage the monthly closing process and ensure timely and accurate preparation of all monthly financial statements and related reports for senior leadership.

Oversee and manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cash Management, and the VISA corporate credit card process.

Conduct regular account reconciliations, and journal entry reviews for all non- revenue accounts.

Monitor cash balances daily, and report on long and short-term cash and credit line usage.

Review the accuracy of all monthly bank and investment account reconciliations to the general ledger.

Prepare monthly roll-forward Fixed Asset schedule and related Depreciation analysis.

Oversee, maintain, and update amortization schedules for leased assets in accordance with the new lease accounting standard.

Work closely and collaboratively with the CFO and AVP of Finance to ensure that expectations of the finance department are met and monitor a calendar of financial cycles that includes tax, audit, regulatory and other management reporting deadlines and all information, reports, schedules, analysis, etc.

Design and implement systems to improve workflows and meet new and complex requirements for management information and reporting.
