Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent position that will play a pivotal role in the success of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data from various sources to provide accurate and timely reports, aiding in strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL, VBA, and reporting tools. If you have a passion for data, an analytical mindset, and a knack for problem-solving, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection tools.

2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will aid in decision-making.

3. Design, create, and manage reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

5. Implement data quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data.

6. Provide technical expertise and support related to data management, including data extraction and data storage.

7. Develop and enhance automated reporting processes using VBA and other tools.

8. Present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner to various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a reporting analyst role or a similar position.

3. Proficiency in SQL and VBA is required.

4. Experience with reporting tools and software.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable manner.

7. Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for turning raw data into useful information.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Experience in managing and maintaining databases and data systems.

10. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
