Our elite team has a rare opportunity for a new role: Director, Intelligence Analysis & Exploitation. In this role, you will be actively supporting growth in a dynamic company building critically important solutions for some of the world’s greatest customers. The Director oversees and ensures the smooth progress of projects, eliminating obstacles and anticipating the requirements of stakeholders, thereby enabling our analysts and engineers to dedicate their efforts to tackling technical challenges they excel at. This position demands a blend of project management expertise, process refinement, technical acumen, and effective execution abilities. Ownership and Influence

Interact daily with customer and internal stakeholders.

Lead domain and customer-specific data collection / event monitoring teams responsible for building and maintaining data processing and collection pipelines.

Occasionally develop and implement data collection techniques for sourcing data from complex publicly available data sources.

Establish technical goals based on the end-state vision.

Develop project plans, outlining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements for projects, initiatives, platform migrations, or technology integrations.

Implement processes to enable team members to allocate time effectively.

Align engineering strategy with specific team tasks and issues at a detailed level.

Prioritize user and stakeholder requests to maintain team focus, taking immediate action on critical items.

Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success.

Maintain a comprehensive overview of project-related aspects.

Proactively address and resolve issues to prevent project deviations.

Foster cross-team collaboration to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholder teams to implement and support project outcomes.

What We Value

Hands-on experience with cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the evolving threat landscape and effective risk management strategies.

Ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Clear understanding of data analysis and forensics techniques and tools for the identification, preservation, and handling of digital evidence.

Familiarity with open-source intelligence and publicly available data sources.

Experience performing and managing data collection tasks, namely sourcing data from complex publicly available data sources using web scrapers, crawlers, and/or other methods

Entrepreneurial mindset.

Subject matter expertise and proven success within the market segment.

Aptitude for working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.

Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.

Employee will potentially be a CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) or higher classification user and must complete specific training and policy notification prior to exposure.

Relevant bachelor’s degree or technical experience in a related field.

Proven track record of effectively managing complex data analysis or software development projects and collaborating effectively across varied teams within a high-speed environment.

Proficient in technical concepts and skilled at communicating technical requirements to individuals from various technical backgrounds and roles.

Exceptional judgment and composure in high-pressure scenarios.

Innovative project management style focused on agile frameworks facilitating swift iteration, while seamlessly integrating with broader development structures.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with customer-facing teams and a deep understanding of end-users' requirements.

Diligent attention to detail, ensuring alignment with the team's vision and upholding stringent product quality standards.

DoD Top Secret Security Clearance will ultimately be required.
