Are you a passionate legal professional with a knack for detail and a penchant for research? We are seeking a dedicated Permanent Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their legal skills and contribute to our company's success. The Permanent Paralegal will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys, contributing to various stages of the litigation process, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various legal matters to support case preparation and strategy development.

2. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legal standards and procedures.

3. Assist in all stages of litigation, including case preparation, trial, and post-trial proceedings.

4. Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are organized and easily accessible.

5. Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.

6. Serve as a liaison between the legal team, clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication.

7. Uphold the strictest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.

8. Proofread and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role in the legal field.

2. Proficiency in legal research and legal writing, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.

3. Proven experience in litigation support, including case preparation, trial support, and post-trial proceedings.

4. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

5. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

7. Strong proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

8. A degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.

9. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution is a plus.
