OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated RPA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in systems engineering and expertise in RPA solutions to contribute to our automation initiatives - working to build innovative and optimized solutions that will help contribute to improve business processes and efficiency across our organization.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless automation across different platforms.

Work closely with the IT teams to address challenges with RPA, optimizing performance and minimising errors.

Analyse requirements to identify areas for improvement.

Provide recommendations for process optimization and demonstrate efficiency gains.

Ensure reliability of RPA solutions through thorough testing, collaborating with quality assurance teams to validate accuracy and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including but not limited to design specifications, test plans and user guides.

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on implemented solutions.

Focus on continuous improvement and best practise by staying updated on industry trends .

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience in RPA development using Power Automate.

Background in systems engineering with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.

Experience in scripting languages is desirable (e.g., Powershell, python).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications in RPA is a plus.
