Our client is a fintech company building disruptive and innovative products in retail credit for Southeast Asia.

Our client the top-rated, buy now pay later (BNPL) platform for merchants and their customers in the Philippines with more than 2m downloads. As of Oct 2023 we partner with over 10000 merchants.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction:

Listen and respond to customers' inquiries concerning application processes, document requirements, repayment options, etc.

Grow and nurture relationships with both existing customers and newly onboarded merchants.

Make informed recommendations to improve service offerings and process flows Customer Service Support Specialist

based on direct feedback from customers and merchants.

Merchant Support:

Ensure effective communication about newly launched merchants to our customer base.

Provide timely support and monitor merchant concerns related to customer services, accounts, settlements, technical issues, payouts, and dashboards.

Gather feedback from merchants to facilitate the creation of studies and recommendations for process improvements and innovations.

Collaboration and Feedback:

Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to support various initiatives.

Monitor merchant satisfaction through surveys, focus groups, and other initiatives to continually improve our service.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.

Exhibit a pleasant, friendly, patient, and positive attitude, with a drive for customer satisfaction.

Be attentive listeners and meticulous in your work.

Possess strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and delivering under pressure.

Have creative problem-solving skills with a sales and service-oriented mindset.

Can work with a flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary.

Previous experience in customer service within the BPO sector is preferred.

Display a trainable attitude as we value potential and are committed to providing comprehensive training.
