The Job

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement drilling plans and strategies.

Conduct engineering analysis and risk assessments to optimize drilling performance and minimize operational challenges.

Monitor drilling operations in real-time, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Provide technical expertise and support to drilling teams to achieve project objectives.

Evaluate drilling equipment and technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate drilling performance and recommendations to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in drilling engineering within the oil and gas industry.

Strong understanding of drilling principles, techniques, and equipment.

Proficiency in drilling software and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
