Pay Range:$71.13 - $76.13 per hour W2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure and manage the ServiceNow Discovery tool to meet stakeholder requirements.

Monitor and troubleshoot discovery processes to maintain data quality and performance.

Develop and maintain discovery patterns and probes across diverse IT resources.

Provide guidance and training on discovery best practices and troubleshoot discovery-related issues.

Collaborate with the Service Mapping team and recommend improvements to optimize discovery processes.

Review Dicsivery logs everyday, troubleshoot if required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Discovery Administrator.

Strong knowledge of discovery methodologies, protocols, and best practices.

Experience with IT infrastructure management tools such as SCCM, BigFix, and familiarity with JavaScript.

This role requires a bachelor's degree or at least 6 years of related experience. The ideal candidate should have experience with data source APIs/Service Graph Connectors and be familiar with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
