Area Manager - Pampanga and Bulacan

Job Description:

Regularly visits stores to evaluate operations, compliance to standards, etc.

Facilitates the weekly and monthly review and analysis of business performance of store/area to drive operational excellence and maximize sales.

Audits stores to monitor compliance to cash control and QSC (Quality, Service and Cleanliness) standards.

Manages FCPC (Food Cost and Paper Cost) and LC (labor cost) per Company standards.

Plans, implements and monitors the regional operations of existing and future stores in North Luzon (i.e., Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, Cabanatuan, Baguio, etc.).

Trains, develops, disciplines and manages team members under his/her area.

Performs other tasks that are essential to the position.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any business-related course (Bachelor’s Degree or higher)

With at least 4 years of related experience in a bakeshop or similar food industry

Must be residing in Pampanga or Bulacan

Must be experienced in handling multi-unit stores

Has in-depth knowledge in Profit and Loss statements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software programs
