JOB SUMMARY

The Restaurant Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the operational standards of Amici and Cara Mia and upholding the quality of these brands in terms of products and services. He/she is likewise expected to be highly effective in planning, leading, organizing and controlling the entire restaurant/store.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manages the guests’ dining experience by ensuring that the entire Store Team consistently applies exceptional Guest Service Standards.

Develops and motivates the entire Store Team to deliver and sustain a culture of excellent service translated into the ultimate customer service standard experience of our guests.

Leads by example and upholds a culture of vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic team dynamics.

Optimizes team members’ productivity through constant training, coaching, counselling and mentoring.

Ensures all Amici and Cara Mia product specifications, standards, policies and procedures are strictly followed.

Develops marketing strategies to attain sales targets.

Prepares budgets and sales operation’s reports.

Ensures the store’s facilities are well-maintained, clean and sanitized at all times.

Ensures all store and kitchen equipment are kept clean and in excellent condition.

Ensures that all products are received properly in terms of quality and quantity.

Works with the Human Resources Department to address manpower requirements, employee concerns, etc.

Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course.

With a minimum of five (5) years related working experience, specifically in casual and/or fine dining.

Must have a highly energetic, enthusiastic and vibrant personality.

With exceptional customer service, leadership and communication skills.

With ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to work during weekends and/or holidays.

Knowledgeable in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Familiar with utilizing a cash register or POS System.
