The Concessions Supervisor at Fuku is a pivotal role reporting directly to the General Manager. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, the supervisor ensures seamless guest experiences, efficient service, and adherence to company standards. With a focus on team leadership and operational excellence, this role contributes to the overall success and reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Shift Management:

Oversee daily shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels and efficient operations.

Provide guidance and support to staff during peak hours.

Assign roles and responsibilities to staff members prior to each shift.

Responsible for cleanliness and end-of-shift of their stand.

Timekeeping Oversight:

Team supervisors are responsible for accurately recording clock-in and clock-out times for team members

At the end of each shift, supervisors confidently compile staff hours and submit to the GM.

Training and Development:

Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the GM and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Relations:

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Foster a positive customer experience through proactive engagement.

Inventory Control:

Assist in managing inventory levels and implementing measures to reduce waste.

End-of-shift Inventory Controls

Coordinate with the General Manager on stock rotation and ordering.

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Requirements:

1-2 years of supervising experience in concessions or foodservice.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication for customer service resolution.

Inventory and supply knowledge.

Valid ServSafe certification.

Knowledge of health, safety, and food standards.

Commitment to Fuku standards.

Flexibility for game-day hours, evenings, and weekends.
