The role of Marketing Executive is ideal for someone ambitious, creative, confident, and eager to learn. You will be responsible for growing the marketing department and must demonstrate that you have a flare for organization and the ability to deliver activities within budget. This role is within the automotive industry and technical knowledge will be an added advantage.

Marketing Executive Purpose

As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will likely include strategic and tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, executing marketing strategies, planning marketing events, customer visits, market activations, customer service, growing an online presence and content writing for websites and campaigns. You will be expected to deliver any activity on time, in line with agreed budgets and ensure they deliver a return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.

Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.

Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.

Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages and social media/website.

Develop marketing plans within budget requirements/roadshows/activations

Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.

Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.

Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.

Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for the company to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.

Develop, manage and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication

Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.

Manage E-commerce, customer service line and B2C project respectively

Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases and spreadsheets

Conducting market research and developing effective marketing strategies

Creating engaging and SEO-friendly content for the company’s website, social media pages and press releases

Coordinating with the Director to schedule all marketing activities

Communicating with clients on the company-allocated marketing line and advising them accordingly.

Ensuring proper portrayal of the brand’s image and tone

Researching the latest social media market trends and keywords

Tracking the subscriber count and the online sales performance

Maintaining the company’s all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, YouTube)

Creating internal and external advertising videos for the different brands we work with.

Attending marketing events and training sessions

Analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics

Work on the B2C project by taking photos, cropping and updating them on the website together with the project manager/s.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

At least 2-4 years of experience in Marketing

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Marketing

Experience in Website management

Experience in managing social media pages

Experience in making videos, handling media-related response

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Creative

Positive attitude and all-rounded individual

A keen eye for details in artworks and graphic design work

Ability to Multitask

Skills in Photoshop, photography, editing, videography

Ability to build good working relationships and partnerships with business partners

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing at all levels.

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong energy, enthusiasm and confidence

Self-motivated and proactive and can work to meet deadlines

Good IT skills

Flexibility and adaptability

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
