Schedule: Various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Special Sign On Incentive:

Eligible candidates who get hired with our client will receive a significant bonus incentive. This includes payment for an additional 10 hours of work at their regular pay rate. To qualify for this bonus, candidates must remain with the clinic for approximately 30-45 days after their hire date. Position Overview: Our client, a respected healthcare provider, is actively seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists to enhance their team in the Greater Toronto Area. Ideal candidates will possess a client-focused therapeutic approach and a dedication to delivering exceptional care. In this role, you will assess and treat a diverse clientele, employing various massage techniques aimed at pain relief, rehabilitation, and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial client assessments to understand their conditions and needs.

Create and execute detailed treatment plans.

Apply various massage therapy techniques focusing on pain relief, rehabilitation, and relaxation.

Maintain accurate client records and monitor treatment progress.

Educate clients on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation practices.

Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met in the treatment area and with equipment.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance client care.

Requirements:

Active registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
