As the Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of Children's National's growing Digital team, creating transformative systems, tools, and applications supporting Children's National Hospital's mission. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is globally responsible for end to end the management of the Salesforce Health Cloud platform and other connected digital solutions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in improving business processes through deployment and adoption of Salesforce in healthcare or a related field. Serving as the organizations expert on system capabilities, the administrator works closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, deploy, and maintain best practices. The administrator will lead the development of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, maintenance and security protocol, and configuration, alongside testing and deployment.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in information system, computer science, or related field. (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience
3 years Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator (Required)
Experience with HealthCloud and MuleSoft (Preferred)
Required Skills/Knowledge
Proven experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and support in an enterprise production environment.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce security profiles and configuration, reports and dashboards, data integration tools and application integration
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Proven ability to design and implement best practices and/or new processes and work with leaders and groups to facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to apply apps and build workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Ability to work under deadline pressure, identify need for additional resources
Ability to manage others to deliver successful outcomes as demonstrated by managing projects or people

Functional Accountabilities
Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of Salesforce HealthCloud user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, etc.
Provide proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
Administer Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
Manage of Salesforce integrated applications and third-party suppliers
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
Coordinate DevOps/release management with internal and external development teams
Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization; Identify and evaluate unused or underutilized platform features
Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Assess data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Address user support request tickets and manage support escalation as needed with Salesforce.
Maintain Production and Sandbox technical documentation
Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
