Requirements:

Bachelors desired OR a minimum of 3-5 years of success as a Financial Advisor in this KC market

FINRA Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65, and appropriate State insurance licenses.

Experience with all or most of: 401Ks, SIMPLE IRAs, ESOPs, self-directed IRAs, HSAs and 529 Plans

Positive image and involvement in the community

Ability to collaborate with all walks of life and different people involved with the upkeep of a person's estate, planning, etc.
