Solder assembler

Our client is recruiting for a Micro-electronic Solder / Assembler. The ideal candidates needs to be comfortable working in a small businesses in a laid back atmosphere where team collaboration is vital. This role is performed in a Clean Room Environment, performing various assembly tasks on ceramic substrates or related metal packages.

Responsibilities:

Prior microelectronics assembly experience required

Assemble and solder under a microscope

Attach and remove components and wires/wire bonding

Rework

Die attach, encapsulation, solder reflow

Complete all paperwork, time sheets, etc.

Follow ISO practices and work instructions

Perform other duties as assigned

Observe ESD practices and cleanliness requirements
