Part Time Grounds Keeper

Summary of Position:

Performs a variety of work related to planting, maintenance and watering of trees. Including, but not limited to: watering, weeding, mulch installation, day-to-day grounds maintenance, general landscaping activities, and repairing irrigation systems. Duties may also include operating a brush clipper, driving pick-up trucks, maintenance equipment, minor pruning, and operating chainsaws under supervision. Additional duties may include: manual labor such as collecting garbage, picking paper, mowing, trimming. You may be expected to clean vehicles (inside and out), painting and cleaning cabinets, repairing irrigation systems, assist in locating and repairing underground faults, and general maintenance.

Grounds Keeper Full Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and preform basic mathematical calculations.

Two years' experience preferred in related field.

Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of North Dakota for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
