The Job

The eCommerce Sr. Team Leader will be responsible for interacting with the business team, understanding the SLAs supervising the service team to support and maintain the infrastructures.

He/she will be in charge of managing service level agreements and ensuring services meet the business needs.

Ticketing Management System suite

Atlassian Suite

e Commerce processes knowledge

eCommerce applications functional knowledge

Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall or Scrum)

Web SDLC

Previous experience in IT eCommerce team or System Integrator

Previous experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) HCL Commerce (WCS), IBM Websphere, eCommerce platforms

Experience working with offshore teams

Basic reporting and data/processes analysis skills

Proficient in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region

Amenable to work on a HYBRID setup with 3days ONSITE and 2days WFH in Alabang
