The Job

Attend functional workshops, if necessary.

Work directly with the client, understand the business requirements, and translate them into detailed technical design and unit test scenarios/cases.

Work on the development of complex requirements and technical designs on time and budget.

Review deliverables of the developers and ensure good quality of the deliverables (e.g., development standards, completeness, alignment with the technical designs).

Provide analysis and solution for defects and assist with cross-team debugging and defect triage as necessary.

Provide support during system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and maintenance support phases.

Assist in the clarification and resolution of issues identified during the design and development phases.

Assist with mock conversion, dress rehearsals, and deployment activities, as necessary.

Work closely with Automation tester to develop the automated test scripts and data requirements.

Ideal Candidate

4 Years relevant designer work experience in any of the following Oracle Utilities Application:

CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)

C2M (Customer to Meter)

MDM (Meter Data Management)

Experience in design and development

Experience in Groovy or object-oriented technical design and development

Good Programming knowledge in SQL or PL\SQL

Background in business and requirements analysis and technical design

Understand SDLC (Software Development Live Cycle) in waterfall or agile project

Excellent communication and technical skills

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Amenable to work on a HYBRID setup with 1day ONSITE in Mandaluyong
