The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and executing marketing and customer services functions within the company. This includes close cooperation with the Sales, Finance Teams and customers. This is a 6-month contract.
Marketing
Develop a marketing strategy for the organization.
Develop marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
Maintaining relationships with clients/customers by organizing and developing customer marketing plans.
Market research.
Providing short- and long-term marketing reports.
Managing marketing budget/financials.
Reporting to Managing Director and Head of Marketing ISMEA region.
Monitoring competition trends.
Promotional Material creation on SAP.
Managing marketing agencies.
Marketing inventory management (promotional items)
Receiving feedback from promoter for marketing report.
Obtaining quotations for promotional items, liaising with suppliers.
Obtaining artwork for POS and promotional items
Attending customer events alongside promoter.
Arranging delivery of promotional items.
Marketing inventory stock take (promotional items)
Event planning, coordination and execution
Customer Services support functions
Digitalization (Teccom; Dealers Portal) relaunch and refresher trainings program
Initiate project to direct all customers to loading orders via the portal.
SAP Automation (order confirmation, delivery notes, and invoicing list) Oversee online and offline competitor prices for the responsible markets.

Assist the BD with admin tasks as and when required

3+ years of professional experience in a marketing environment
Possess detailed knowledge of Microsoft office
Fluency in business English (written and spoken)
Communication skills and ability to work in team
Ability to work under pressure
Time management, prioritization skills
Co-ordination of quality topics within the group
Annual budget planning experience
Experience in coordination of project management activities with Capex requirement
