The Job

Maintaining under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions with respect to the Support processes

Building, deploying, and administering/managing the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and network services like NLB, Riverbed, Meraki, F5, Cisco ISE/NAC, Velocloud SD-WAN, SolarWinds) and security solutions (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Skybox)

Troubleshooting, incidents, and problem management,

Reporting and communication on activity, quality, and performance of the network platforms and security solutions

Ensuring appropriate documentation, including procedures for support.

Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components

Ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency, and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutions

Contributing to search and qualification for new solutions

Providing recommendations to the highest level of expertise teams

Ideal Candidate

Preferably CCNP and Palo Alto Certified

Administration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN Networks

Routing protocols configuration and troubleshooting (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP…)

LAN technologies administration and troubleshooting (VRRP, VSS, STP…)

QoS Mechanisms

WIFI controllers and access points (Cisco, Meraki)

Load Balancer (F5/NetScaler)

SD-WAN (VeloCloud)

WAN Compression and Optimization (Riverbed)

Cisco Meraki (Wireless, Firewalling)

Telephony Support (Cisco, 3CX)

Security administration with Palo Alto, Skybox, Checkpoint, and Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, Reverse Proxy

DNS and Domain Management (Infoblox, IPAM)

Authorization and Authentication (Cisco ISE/NAC, Radius, Tacacs)

SolarWinds Management (Full Lifecycle)

Knowledge of Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Cloud)

Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks

Amenable to work on a HYBRID setup with 3days ONSITE and 2days WFH in Alabang

Amenable to work on a SHIFTING schedule
