Customer Interaction: Be the friendly voice and helpful hand for all customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.

Sales & Up-selling: Connect customers with the perfect products and services, driving towards and surpassing sales goals.

Data Management: Keep our customer records spotless and up-to-date, capturing every detail from personal information to transaction histories.

3rd Party App Management: Seamlessly operate all third-party tools used for CRM, sales tracking, and more.
5.
Issue Resolution: Tackle customer issues head-on, resolving complaints efficiently and escalating when needed.
6.
Team Collaboration: Partner with various departments to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience.
7.
Reporting: Compile and present daily/weekly reports, highlighting key performance metrics and customer insights.
8.
Commission Targets: Aim high and strive to meet or exceed your commission targets through stellar sales and customer retention.
9.
Compliance: Ensure every interaction adheres to our company’s policies and regulations.

Social Media Management: Engage with customers on social media platforms, addressing their concerns, sharing updates, and promoting products and services.
Skills & Qualifications: • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers and third-party applications.
