Implement and oversee effective inventory control procedures.
Analyze cost data and identify areas for cost savings.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to all outlets Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant purchasing (experience in other fields is not applicable). Proven success in implementing cost-control measures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
