Full-Stack Java Developer, Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.

The Work:

This program provides analytic hosting platforms responsible for providing a world-class analytic hosting platform on which to run data-intensive analytics, new capabilities that enable an increase in user adoption, stellar customer outreach and engagement for all cloud services, and sustainment, transition, and decommissioning of mission critical repository systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.

Front End Skills: Single Page Applications (Angular 2+, CSS, HTML), Responsive Design, Accessible.

Back End Skills: Microservices, REST, Node.js, JVM (Java - Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.), Database (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).

Documented Experience with Amazon Web Services: AWS (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, etc.).

Build Tools: maven, gradle, git, tactical and strategic improvements to large scale Java products.

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.

Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.

Implement the product's lifecycle: Design, development, quality, deployment, and maintenance.

Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Experience working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Nexus.

Experience working with enterprise search technologies such as, Lucidworks Fusion 4.2.6 and higher. Bonus Points:

Experience developing applications within a containerized environment (Docker) and working with container orchestration (Kubernetes). As a Full-Stack Java Developer, You Will:

work as part of an Agile software development team to provide enterprise system support. You will be expected to provide software expertise in one or more of these areas: Java application integration, java enterprise services on an AWS Platform. Work Site: Herndon, VA.
