Location: On Site Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Duration: Long term multi year contract
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain Public Trust
Day to Day:
o Install new Design Java EE/Jakarta EE software using object-oriented design patterns
o Design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain algorithmic and mathematical solutions.
o Develop applications to solve highly complex technical challenges
o Develop test harnesses to support software testing
o Debug software problems and provide solutions
o Develop software requirements
o Document verification and validation of solution sets and protocols
o Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
o Ensure compliance with software standards
Required:
o Extensive experience using Java EE/Jakarta EE
o Experience implementing GUIs with Swing
o Experience with ORM frameworks (Eclipselink, Hibernate)
o Experience using C/C++
o Experience implementing various software life cycles including Agile/Scrum
o Familiar with DevOps/DevSecOps principles and practices
o Experience with various software verification approaches including TDD, ATDD and BDD
o Strong Linux knowledge/experience
o Extensive knowledge of SQL, XML JSON, YAML, and experience with relational databases
