Duro-Last Roofing, the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Los Angeles, California area. The ideal candidate will be able to use their knowledge and expertise to drive the sales performance and success of a team of Sales Reps in the Western Region and will report directly to the Vice President of Western Sales. Starting salary for this position is $125,000 annually with bonus potential.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for sales development and growth in the Western Region.

Responsible for sales development of Corporate Accounts located in the assigned territory.

Assist Sales Reps (Independent / Company Reps) and Sales Coordinators in territory management, marketing plans, and strategies. Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred or equivalent work experience

2-4 years of sales management and outside sales experience is required

Previous experience managing Independent Sales Reps is preferred

Commercial roofing/construction sales management background is desired

Strong organization skills and experience in Gmail and Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel when required
