What You’ll Do:

Being the eyes and ears on-site as well as the safeguard of the Event Production team and more globally of the company.

Manage, under the direction of the Venue Manager, one official hospitality venue for the Paris Olympic Games Opening Ceremony

Manage all the needs and services (F&B, hostesses, security, entertainment, gifting, branding, cleaning, guest appearance) to create, produce and deliver a memorable experience to the guests in one venue.

Support the Venue manager in various aspects of the preparation and production of the hospitality program for CER1.

Produce debriefs and final reports.

You Have These:

Very good experience in Event Production

Very good experience in guest management.

Very good sense of guest satisfaction

Good knowledge of Microsoft tools

English speaking

Good resistance to stress : remain calm in high-pressure situations.
