Assistant Director of Nursing

ADON Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and direct our nursing department, ensuring it reaches new heights of excellence.

Inspire Excellence: Supervise and evaluate our dedicated nursing staff to maintain their competency and ensure they deliver the best care.

Shape Policies: Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that reflect our commitment to quality care.

Champion Quality: Monitor patient care quality and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Seamless Coordination: Act as the bridge between our nursing department and other healthcare providers, creating a harmonious patient care environment.

Influence at the Core: Represent the nursing department at meetings and committees, lending your expertise to shape our future.

ADON Qualifications:

Licensed to Lead: Hold a current RN license.

Seasoned Professional: Boast a minimum of 3 years experience in Long Term Care settings.

Management Prowess: Preferably at least 2 years of management experience under your belt.

Educator's Touch: A year of staff education experience is a plus.

Communication Ace: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.

Lead the Way: Show evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision capabilities.
