Commercial Real Estate Attorney

A prestigious multi-office law firm that is known for its commitment to excellence and client-focused legal services is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team to contribute to their successful practice.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to handle a variety of complex real estate and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities:

Conducting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.

Acquisitions and dispositions.

Providing legal advice on zoning, land use, title review, etc.

Representing developers in negotiations, closings, and other real estate matters.

Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice in Virginia.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate documents.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
