Terminal Manager

RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Terminal Manager in Belpre, OH. This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire, Onsite assignment with our client.

Overview of YOUR role as a Terminal Manager:

The Terminal Manager directs and oversees all operations of the Terminal in a safe, efficient and productive manner and takes all necessary steps to ensure that the Terminal remains safe, profitable and operational. Establishes and maintains a positive work environment that motivates each employee to deliver an elevated level of service that pays attention to details and meets the highest standard of customer service.

As a Terminal Manager YOU will:

Responsible for the oversight of operations the Terminal

Responsible for all employees on site

Possesses the skills and ability to quickly problem solve and identify areas of opportunity and execute

Provide engineering / technical expertise to company leadership and all direct employees

Project management experience with proven track record of successful implementation and integration of said projects

Maintain accurate records and files

Responsible for compliance with Employee Handbook and the hiring of personnel

Maintains appropriate personnel records and properly evaluates staff on an annual basis

Be ultimately responsible for safety, conduct safety meetings and inspections and maintain records as required by regulatory agencies

Establish and maintain clear communications between all employees and customers, establishing an environment which is conflict-free with an emphasis on respect for others

Performs a variety of Terminal and job-related duties as needed and assigned

YOU are the ideal Terminal Manager candidate if you have:

BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited university (preferred) or relative work experience

A minimum of 3+ years of direct supervision experience

A minimum of 5+ years of relevant engineering, project management or related experience within midstream operations

Proven client-facing experience, strong communication skills, written and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA)

Ability to work with limited supervision and provide leadership to other team members

Ability to work effectively in teams
