**Unit Description** **Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for a hands-on Executive Chef for our **MIT- Lincoln Lab** client in **Lexington, MA** . We are looking to grow the food program as well as the business and need a working Executive Chef who can assist with our goals.

The successful candidate will have at least **3 years culinary management experience**, a proven track record with creative culinary trends as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.

**Prior culinary experience in a corporate setting, fine dining, high volume catering or Executive Dining Room would be a plus for this role.** **This Executive Chef will work primarily Monday through Friday 6AM-4PM schedule with no weekends or holidays.** **We are looking for candidates who will:** + Responsible for Culinary menu design, recipe development, and recipe audits + Support Procurement team in raw material sourcing as needed + Implements & coordinates the culinary function + Conduct training sessions to review recipe execution withKitchen staff including Senior Cooks, prep cooks & utility workers + Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards + Manages Catering program including menu development, food cost, recipe vetting, etc.

**Qualifications & Requirements** Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Basic Management Experience - 3 years Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
