Elgin Veterinary Hospital is looking to hire an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their incredible Equine team!

We offer an excellent benefits package that includes: * Paid time off * Matching 401k * Paid holidays * Medical, Dental, Vision Health Insurance * Employee discount Being a part of our team, you will perform a broad range of simultaneous duties that will include: * Answer multi-line phone system * Schedule appointments * Assist with checking patients in and out * Generate invoices * Process payments * Package lab work * Run end of day closings Requirements include: * High school diploma or GED * At least one-year experience in a customer service position * Equine experience strongly desired * Bilingual is a plus * Excellent communication skills-verbal and written * Ability to prioritize in a busy environment * Positive attitude * Must be a team player * Shifts may vary between 7am-6pm Monday-Friday * Work 1-2 Saturdays a month from 8am-noon #LI-JR1
