We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our Tampa, FL team!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Client invoicing and associated accounting from project set up to close out * Accounts Payable to include voucher creation, invoice entry, inquires, and uploads * New vendor pre-qualification and setup * Inventory and order office supplies, fixed assets * Process incoming and outgoing certificates of insurance * Daily interaction with project managers and field staff * Assist staff with travel arrangements, when needed * Special projects, as assigned
