Family Nurse Practitioner

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - We are seeking a highly qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients across the life span, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Location: Brooklyn, NY East Flatbush area

Incentives:

Salary of $130,000 to 150,000 annually

Comprehensive benefits package

Hours of operation:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical care to patients across the life span, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions

Perform physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests

Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing with an emphasis in family medicine

Current New York state license as a Nurse Practitioner

Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment
