A leading IT services company is searching for a dynamic and results-driven West Coast Territory Sales Representative! This fully remote role involves a mix of inside and outside sales with approximately 50% travel around the West Coast to sell software services to large enterprises. They are looking for motivated candidates with at least 5 years of experience in IT sales, ideally located in the Bay Area and preferably have prior experience as a programmer. Salary Range: $100, 000 - $150, 000 / year DOE + commission
West Coast Sales Rep Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
5-8+ years of experience in software service sales, ideally within the IT services industry
Proven track record of success in an outside sales role, with experience in both inside and outside sales
Strong understanding of Microsoft products, Snowflake, ServiceNow, or similar technical solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
West Coast sales experience, with a focus on targeting large enterprise clients
Willingness to travel 50% of the time on the West Coast
Experience as a programmer is a plus
West Coast Sales Rep Responsibilities:
Sell comprehensive IT services including software development, implementation, consulting and support solutions
Conduct 50% travel within the Bay Area and across the entire West Coast to meet with clients and prospects
Engage in both cold calling/prospecting, and managing warm leads to generate sales opportunities
Meet with clients both virtually and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored software service solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery team in India, to ensure alignment on client needs and solutions
Manage a sales pipeline with deals ranging from 6 to 7 figures, with sales cycles varying from 3 to 6 months
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored service solutions
