We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Houston Office to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Send emails to clients, vendors and main office
Maintain Fleetmatics data base
Assist Office Manager with administrative duties
Maintain organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Previous data base experience
Office 365 experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
At least 3 years Quickbooks accounting software experience
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Team player
Bilingual, Spanish and English preferredCompany Description
