Job Title: Social Media Growth Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and sales across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Tumblr).

* Create high-quality, engaging content in both Arabic and English, including videos, user-generated content (UGC), and e-commerce solutions to drive sales and conversions.

* Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic by posting content regularly.

* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on all social media platforms.

* Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

* Proven track record of growing social media followers and driving sales through organic content.

* Excellent content creation skills, including video editing and graphic design.

* Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.

* Ability to work independently and remotely.

* Excellent communication and time management skills.

* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

* Fluency in both Arabic and English.
