Software Testing Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

Preferably BE in Mechanical or Production

Minimum Experience 0-2 years in manufacturing industry/process industry/software testing

Exposure to CAD/CAM/CAE/Inspection/Additive Manufacturing Applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problems solving skills

Ability to multi-task and work effectively on assigned project

Exposure to scripting of manual test case for user stories/Requirements

Exposure to any bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, TFS, PBN, Spira team, Mingle, QC, Microsoft Test Manager

Should be interested in real time testing or on machine testing.

Preferably working in agile software development process.

ISTQB Foundation Level certification (Will be an added advantage)

Job Roles:

Provide early feedback in Requirements, Estimation & Planning and Retrospective meetings

Creation, maintenance and execution of test cases, detect/Issues raising, analysis of bugs/failures and maintain test environment.

Act as integral member of agile team, responsible for exploratory testing, ad-hoc testing, system testing & regression testing and report creation of an application.

Update and enhance test suites and test methods in order to improve the validation of changes to products

Accurately communicate work update to Line Manager.
