About the role – (Senior Marketing Executive, Southeast Asia) for Page Group

The Southeast Asia Marketing team covers 6 countries, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines which represents high potential growth for the Page Group business. This team will be responsible for driving market penetration, brand awareness and lead generation across the region, working closely with the country leadership, marketing teams and consultants in the region. This role offers an exciting exposure to B2B marketing management from top to bottom of the marketing funnel with the latest marketing technology stack:

· Upper funnel – LinkedIn as a key social channel. Partner with the Communications team to bring to life awareness-type engagement on social media and key B2B multiplier networks.

· Sales Conversion – In-market understanding of business requirements and building online / offline activities to meet and engage clients and candidates. Driving leads, hot jobs, and client satisfaction rating

· CRM – Partner with CRM and Ops team to drive a high follow up rate via Salesforce and our latest marketing technology stack.

· Digital – Partner with digital team to support paid media campaign, website management and Job Board, CVDB networks to optimize web traffic and KPIs (Job applications, Hot Jobs)

· Regional campaigns – Localize and implement regional campaigns across SEA.

· Reporting – reporting of marketing performance into Ops cadence to drive alignment and awareness of workstreams.

Core tasks:

· End-to-end project management of the campaign:

· Develop creative briefs for studio and consultants; Manage communication channels (email, socials, website/ event platforms etc.); Review creative assets; Review/optimize results – 30%

· Event / Webinar management: Build event invites and assist with webinar set-ups – 10%

· Awareness/ Client Engagement campaign (e.g., in-country sponsorship to drive lead generation/thought leadership) - 15%

· Community management: support for publishing/distributing content across relevant social media channels within each region – 15%

· Support Page Brand offerings in the market: Develop capability statements that outline our business offerings – 10%

· Build & and manage SEA marketing plan.

· Manage marketing priorities, track results and share performance with Marketing and Ops leadership. Curate & and categorize types of content to go out across all channels in SEA (Google Reviews etc.) – 20%

Skills & Qualifications

· 3- 6 years of experience in marketing and campaign management, agency experience preferred. Experience with social media platforms, video production and webinar setups ups a plus.

· Degree in marketing or related fields

· Skilled in business communications and project management

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work efficiently.

Strong command of the English language and proficiency in writing
