Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Availability for 24/7 support.

Knowledge of domestic payment streams (EFT, RTC, RTGS) and international payments.

Familiarity with SWIFT message standards and related systems.

Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Screening processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Experience with Unix/Linux, IBM MQ, IBM WAS, Oracle DB, MS SQL, MS Server, and Microsoft Azure.

Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Ability to respond to and resolve incidents effectively.

A proactive approach to improving processes and preventing recurring issues.
