Sprinkler Fitter – Service

Permanent Position + Tools of Trade

FIFO, from Perth to Pilbara, 8/6 roster

We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Fitter, in the Pilbara, WA. The role will require you to be responsible for servicing fire protection systems and equipment, organised, committed to customer service, and wants to be part of a great team culture and working on these exciting and on-going sites.

This is a Fly in/Fly Out (FIFO) opportunity, working 8 days on and 6 days off. A vehicle, tools, and uniform are provided.

Snapshot of your day:

Surveying customer premises and recommending fire protection and safety systems and equipment, in accordance with procedures and processes.

Identify, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment.

Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including handheld technology.

Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, keeping up to date with the latest changes and advances in fire technology and relevant Australian Standards.

Report works progress and performance by complete productivity and reports.

Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct, aligned with expectations on ethical behaviour according to company values.

Complying with company and client HSEQ policies, ethics, and procedures.

About you:

Experienced Sprinkler fitter accreditation or Certificate 3 in Fire Protection.

Sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment.

Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team.

Strong priortising skills and meeting deadlines.

Unrestricted work rights and current Driver’s licence.
