Nursing - Long Term Care facility providing long-term medical care or persons who also require treatment/supervision of mental illnessThe facility delivers excellent care for those with long-term healthcare needs, and offers caregivers the opportunity to serve those who need it most at Western State Nursing
Assist residents in personal hygiene such as bathing, dental, hair, and nail care
Observe and report skin breakdown
Assist residents with daily activities
Collect specimens for lab analysis
Situate bedfast residents in correct and comfortable positions
Aid residents in preparation for activities and programs
Record data as directed
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Qualifications:
Graduate of a Medicaid approved nursing assistant program and hold a certificate of completion.
Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide
Ability to pass facility requirements
High School Diploma or GED
