Packaging Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Package layout, taking existing elements and applying to packaging

• Digital renders, taking CAD, deco sheet and applying riggings and lightings

• Animations, taking storyboard, existing digital assets, and building CAD

• Creating iconography, logo and informational graphics

• Image clipping and editing

• Development of presentation assets, comp packages, etc.

• Understanding QA and legal package requirements and applying to packaging

• Responsible for item level schedule management

Professional Know-how

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, 3D animation, or related disciplines

• With at least 5 years of working experience

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at a team level

• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop (Adobe CC) and at least two 3D software such as Keyshot, Maya, Zbrush, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine…

• Strong knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and lightings techniques

• Be possessed of creativity, passion, fast learning ability, and integrity

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges

• Ability to understand a Brand Strategy, conceptualize and sketch ideas

• Presentation skill is required

• Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume environment

• Ability to thrive in an everchanging environment
