Our client, a dynamic leader in tax and accounting, renowned for its innovative and comprehensive services, is seeking an ambitious Tax Manager to enhance their team.

Why this role is unique: The Tax Manager will engage in complex tax preparation and management tasks, serving a diverse client base of over 600 businesses and individuals across the mid-Atlantic region. This opening is due to our ongoing growth and the need to expand our capacity to meet client demand.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinating and communicating with clients and other stakeholders to deliver essential tax services.

Managing the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns across various industries.

Leading the creation of income tax projections that include multiple scenarios and analyses.

Who we're looking for:

Ideal candidates have 3-8+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting, and are proficient in tax software like ProSeries.

This role is perfect for someone possibly considering independent practice but prefers the support and structure of a smaller, growth-oriented firm.
