Elwyn is seeking a Recruiter to identify talent for Corporate positions across the Elwyn enterprise.

This is a hybrid position for candidates located within a commutable distance to Media, PA.

POSITION SUMMARY: The corporate recruiter performs full lifecycle recruiting and maintains excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and vendors and anticipates short- and long-term talent acquisition needs.

Coordinates recruitment, including contacts with agencies, local colleges, high schools, and other potential sources.

Coordinates and attends Job Fairs with operational hiring managers and other appropriate Elwyn staff to recruit appropriate applicants and build talent pipelines.

Implement the posting, advertising, and application process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers and other internal team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility by scheduling and attending meetings to review recruitment activity, thoroughly discussing candidate dispositions to better understand programmatic needs, and responding promptly to requests from hiring managers * The corporate recruiter maintains regular communication with assigned operational functions to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture, needs, goals/objectives, open positions and business model and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity * Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates in line with corporate objectives and ongoing business needs * Researches, identifies, and utilizes recruiting resources including but not limited to job boards, networking, job fairs, and professional associations, etc.

* Reviews resumes and credentials of applicants for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements * Creates and fosters relationships with colleges/universities and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and develop a diverse candidate pool * Proactively sources candidates, utilizes available resources, and cultivates leads into viable applicants * Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and positions * Prescreens and prequalifies candidates based on job description duties, education, experiences, and skills.

Confirms all applicable licenses and certifications needed consistent with job description * Extends verbal offers of employment, with follow up formal offer letters, to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and executive leadership; provides guidance to operations on negotiating competitive job offers * Maintains documentation on candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other talent acquisition activities in applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure process-compliance; provides follow up to operations to ensure all recruitment processes and documentation are properly maintained in compliance with all employment laws and regulations * Participates in the development of ongoing, creative, and cost-effective sourcing strategies * Provides progress/staffing reports to management for assigned area(s) * The corporate recruiter assists Candidate Specialist staff in post-offer activities, being a resource to candidates during the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience * Performs additional duties and assignments as requested EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: * Five (5) years of full life-cycle recruitment experience; recruitment experience in human services, healthcare, and education highly desired * Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions at all levels and in all functional areas of the business * Demonstrated strong working knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems * Previous experience working within and managing a unionized workforce preferred * Non-profit human service experience highly preferred * Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities * Demonstrated strong attention to detail * Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills * Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little or no need for direct supervision * Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions * Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; report-writer experience preferred * Must have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL PROFILE: See Physical Demands Checklist below which represents the general physical demands and environment conditions to which the employee holding this position must meet, in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
